148 entries appeared in ROC's published Disciplinary Actions list during July 2026 that do not appear in any earlier ROC posting we have archived (most recent prior file Jun 18, 2026).

Method: we compare ROC's posting files (Jul 1, 2026, Jul 8, 2026, Jul 10, 2026, Jul 13, 2026, Jul 20, 2026, Jul 28, 2026) against the prior file (Jun 18, 2026). "No longer on the list" counts entries on the prior file that are absent from the Jul 28, 2026 file; ROC's list is a rolling window, so dropping off does not by itself mean discipline was lifted. "First posted" is the first file in which we saw the entry, not necessarily the date of ROC's action. ROC notes: "Some forms of discipline are temporary or may be remedied, others are permanent in nature."
